My Remarks about ACA at The Hispanic Leadership Council Forum on February 4th, 2016

At this year’s Hispanic Leadership Council Candidate Forum in Abilene, TX, the question: “According to the U.S. Census Bureau Texas is the uninsured capital of the United States. More than 5.04 Million Texans – including 784,000 children – lack health insurance.
